Wrong size recommended.
I phoned re my order for 2mm cane to replace woven rattan & was told I would need 2.5mm which I received. I proceeded to use the supplied 2.5mm canes, but the holes did not accept the required number of canes. Wasted effort & money!

Overall the experience was decent
Overall the experience was decent, chairs are good quality. One of the chair frames was damaged from delivery, I was then instructed to 'bend frame back' which I was uncomfortable to do and haven't had a response since which has been weeks. Also the website claims the chairs to be stainless where the box it arrived in said chromed. Regardless would recommend the chairs as they seem good quality.

I knocked off 1/2 a star because paper instructions should have accompanied the chairs. I tried the link in the text but I don’t use google.
The person who put the chairs together placed the seats around the wrong way.
The chairs have been sorted and look wonderful. I spoke to Jeremy who called me promptly.
