Many clients successfully receive reimbursement, especially for lab tests or IV services taken due to specific symptoms. Final approval always depends on your individual policy and coverage.

How does the claim process work?

1. Book and pay for your service (IV drip or lab panel).
2. Receive your medical report, results, and suggested protocol.
3. Submit your claim with:
   • Our claim template,
   • GP referral (if needed),
   • Official receipt and medical documentation.
4. Your insurer reviews the documents based on your policy terms and determines the reimbursement amount.

Why reimbursement-only in Indonesia/Bali?

For home care, outpatient IV therapy, and mobile labs, most international and private insurers use a reimbursement model instead of direct billing. Direct billing is usually reserved for hospitals or contracted clinics. Reimbursement gives you freedom to choose your provider while insurers remain compliant with their documentation and audit standards.
