Welcome to the website for the Glenn Highway: Arctic Avenue to Palmer-Fishhook Road Safety and Capacity Improvements Project (AA2PF)!  

This project is focused on the section of the Glenn Highway between Arctic Avenue and Palmer-Fishhook Road where the highway leaves downtown Palmer and ascends the Matanuska River bluffs. Visit the project description page for details.
