Welcome to our community guidelines section. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for all residents, we ask that you follow the rules and regulations outlined for each shared facility. These guidelines are designed to promote harmony and ensure that everyone can make the most of our amenities. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive community experience!
BARBECUE AREA
- Book the grill area at least 48 hours in advance, as it operates on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Keep the area clean by disposing trash properly and cleaning up any spills or messes.
- Be courteous and share the grill with others.
- Cooking pork is not allowed.
- Attend to the grill at all times and never leave it unattended.
- Dispose of charcoal properly, and do not throw it in the regular garbage bins. Please contact the building security once you’re done.
- Liquid instant lighter fluid is prohibited.
- Use lighter cubes to ignite the charcoal.
- Do not litter and ensure all items are cleaned and disposed of in the provided bins.
- Alcohol consumption is not allowed.
- Keep noise levels down, and avoid loud music.
- Always supervise children, especially around hot grills.
- No pets are allowed in the cooking area.
- The management and property owner are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses in the barbecue area.

SWIMMING POOLS
- The pool is open from 6 AM to 10 PM.
- Swimming outside opening hours is not permitted.
- All swimmers are required to shower before entering the pool.
- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to swim in the adult’s pool.
- Non-swimmers and children must wear appropriate flotation devices.
- Running, jumping, pushing, rough play, acrobatics, and loud noises are prohibited.
- Eating and drinking are only allowed in designated areas.
- Activities that would affect the peaceful use of the facilities by other residents, including excessive noise, are prohibited.
- No spitting or nose-blowing in the pool.
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
- No smoking in or around the pool area.
- No pets are allowed in the pool area.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.
- Litter must be disposed of in the provided bins.
- Tampering with pool equipment or safety devices is prohibited.
- Pool furniture should not be moved into the pool.
- In case of an emergency, immediately alert the lifeguard or pool staff.
- First aid kits and emergency equipment are available onsite with the pool staff.
- Respectful behavior towards fellow pool users and staff is mandatory.
- All users must comply with the pool’s rules and regulations.
- Persons with open wounds, infections, or communicable diseases are not allowed in the pool.
- Do not use the pool if you are experiencing stomach, ear, or respiratory problems.
- The management and property owner are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses in the swimming pool area.
- The management retains the right to expel from the pool any person disobeying the rules or endangering the safety of themselves or others.

- Pets must be kept away from the pool area.
- Litter must be disposed of in the provided bins.
- Tampering with pool equipment or safety devices is prohibited.
- Pool furniture should remain outside the pool at all times.
- In case of an emergency, please alert the lifeguard or pool staff immediately.
- First aid kits and emergency equipment are available onsite.
- Do not climb, pull, sit, or hang on the ropes.
- Respectful behavior towards fellow pool users and staff is essential.
- Activities that disrupt others’ enjoyment of the pool are not permitted.
- All users must comply with the pool’s rules, regulations, and etiquette.
- If you have stomach, ear, or respiratory problems, please refrain from swimming.
- For everyone’s safety, individuals with open wounds, infections, or communicable diseases will be asked not to use the pool.
- The management and property owner are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses in the lap pool area.
- Within each lane, please swim in a single direction.
- When sharing a lane, keep to the right side and yield to faster swimmers.

FITNESS CENTER RULES
- Use facilities and equipment at your own discretion.
- Use equipment responsibly and follow instructions carefully.
- Club members are responsible for understanding their own physical limitations.
- Al Badia Living Management is not liable for any injuries that may occur.
- Appropriate gym attire must be worn at all times. No sandals, flip-flops, or bare feet.
- Children under 16 years old are not permitted to use the facilities.
- No food, alcohol (except water), smoking, or disruptive behavior is allowed within the gym.
- Outside trainers are not authorized to conduct training sessions within the gym.
- No pets, scooters, skates, or bicycles are allowed within the gym area, except for wheelchairs.
- Al Badia Living Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Please return all equipment to its designated location after use.
- Please report any damaged or faulty equipment to management.
- Please wipe down equipment after use as a courtesy to the next user.
Compliance with these guidelines ensures the safety of our employees and tenants.
CHILDREN’S POOL RULES
The pool is open from 8AM to 2PM.
- Swimming outside opening hours is prohibited.
- Proper swimwear must be worn at all times. Street clothes, including jeans and t-shirts, are not allowed in the pool.
- Eating and drinking are only permitted in designated areas.
- Running, jumping, pushing, rough play, acrobatics, and loud noises are not allowed in the pool area.
- Non-swimmers and children must wear needed flotation devices.
- If you’re with a baby, keep your infant within arm’s reach.
- Infants who wear diapers must wear a bathing suit over the diaper.
- Infants must be wearing suitable swimming diapers to avoid accidents.
- All pool users must comply with the swimming pool’s rules and regulations.
- The management and property owner are not liable for any loss or damage of personal property, or unattended items in the common area.
- The management retains the right to expel anyone disobeying the rules, or endangering their safety or that of others.

DOG PARK RULES
- Dog owners must register their dogs with proof of vaccinations and ownership before using the park.
- Dogs must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
- Dog park users must respect the park’s opening hours.
- Aggressive behavior is prohibited. Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior, defined as posing a threat with a single or multiple incidents of aggression towards people or animals, will be immediately removed from the park.
- Dog owners must clean up after their dogs, and dispose of waste in the provided bins.
- Female dogs in heat are prohibited from entering the park.
- Do not bring human food, glass containers, food bowls, or long-lasting dog chews to the park.
- Only bite-size treats are permitted for training purposes.
- No more than 3 dogs per handler are allowed in the park.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited in the park.
- Dog handlers must always have a leash available, and must leash their dogs until they are inside the park and before leaving.
- Dog owners and handlers are responsible for their dogs and their actions.
- Dog owners and handlers are liable for any damage or injury caused by their dogs.
- Participants in any activity are responsible for associated risks, damages, and injuries.
- Dog park users assume all risks and dangers, including injury to themselves and their dogs.
- The management and property owner are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses in the dog park area.

CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND RULES
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Entry is limited to children under the age of 10.
- Children must be under 140 cm in height.
- Children must be under 90 kg of weight.
- Remove shoes and loose articles before entering the playground.
- Only use equipment that matches your child’s skill level.
- Socks must be worn at all times to maintain hygiene standards.
- For the safety of all participants, individuals with physical impairments are not permitted on the play structures.
- No climbing on the nets, both inside and outside the play structures.
- Do not bring food, drinks, or sharp objects into the playground.
- Littering is strictly prohibited.
- Kindness and courtesy towards other children are encouraged.
- Running is not allowed to prevent accidents.
- Any incident must be promptly reported to the staff or security guard for assistance.
- The management and property owner are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses in the playground.

CAR PARK RULES
- Parking is for residents and visitors only.
- Residents must park in their assigned spaces.
- Visitors must park in designated or roadside bays outside the community.
- Do not leave vehicles idling over 5-10 minutes.
- No dune buggies, watercraft, trailers, golf carts, commercial trucks, RVs, vans, campervans, and inoperative vehicles are permitted to park.
- Only vehicles with a valid permit can park in spaces reserved for people of determination.
- Do not block entrances, exits, or access routes.
- Management and property owner are not liable for any damage, theft, loss of vehicles or personal belongings, or personal injury within the car park.
- Do not litter or smoke.
- Do not use parking spaces for storage.
- Bicycles must be securely parked in designated racks.
- Keep vehicles well maintained and leak-free.
- Do not leave children or pets unattended inside vehicles.
- Electric Vehicle (EV) charging spaces are only for EVs.
- Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed.
- Any breach of the car park rules may result in violation notices and fines, with all violations being reported to the relevant authorities.
