Who This is For
This call is for any woman who feels like she’s lost touch with who she truly is — whether due to relational trauma or simply the overwhelming demands of life, motherhood, or caregiving.
If you're feeling stuck, emotionally drained, or like you’ve been living in survival mode, this is a safe, supportive space to begin reconnecting with yourself. While I specialize in betrayal trauma, codependency, and relational abuse, I understand that disconnection can come from many life experiences. Trauma and hardship often show up in similar ways—leaving you feeling unseen, uncertain, and longing for more.
Whether you’re healing from deep relational wounds or simply walking through a difficult season, we’ll gently explore what’s holding you back, what your heart is truly craving, and how coaching can help you move toward greater clarity, joy, and purpose.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone—this is a gentle first step toward rediscovering your voice, your strength, and the hope-filled life God desires for you.
What You'll Come Away With
Think of this call as a friendly, no-pressure conversation — just two people connecting to explore whether coaching together feels like the right fit.
We’ll aim for about an hour, but I set aside up to 90 minutes to allow space for whatever feels most helpful and productive for our time together. We’ll talk about what coaching really is, what a typical session looks like, and how the process can support you in reaching your goals. I’ll invite you to share what’s on your heart—what you’re hoping for, what’s been getting in the way, and what kind of support you’re looking for.
I’ll be there to listen, ask meaningful questions, and help you get some clarity around where you are and where you'd like to go. We’ll also touch on roles, expectations, and how we’d work together if you decide to move forward. I'll share a little about me and you'll have time to ask any questions that come up for you.
There’s no commitment required—this is simply a space to explore, reflect, and see if it's a good fit for us both. Whether or not we decide to work together, my hope is that you leave the call feeling seen, supported, and a little clearer about your next steps.
