Filters and effects not able to load

I used to use Prequel all the time when i want to be diffraction with my photos, but now effects and filters are so slow and won’t download, i used this app for so long and i never had this problem before, it’s such a shame because it’s really great the amount of creativity you can do is amazing. I hope you fix this problem asap it’s frustrating.

It was functioning pretty well and i liked it , but suddenly it wouldn’t launch no more i tried deleting the app and re installing it and nothing worked all i see it the logo when i am in the appHelp
