    I’ve used a number of different platforms and was left with alot of frustration, Canva is soooo easy to use, it’s just amazingly user friendly and one can put together a very professional looking IG feed, project or presentation without spending hours trying to figure stuff out, unlike photoshop! I am beyond thrilled with Canva and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to simply their lives! Love the fact they’re quickly adding new and improved features, I’m totally hooked!

  • New update unusable on a 2020 iPad Pro

    UPDATE - App randomly reset to previous version for some reason. However, now it’s working fine. Had to use web version of it by logging in on the website all morning and I have to say, when the app works, it’s good. When I have an issue (albeit today was my only one so far) I have to resort to going on the website version, and that is just an absolute pain.Literally what the title says. I pay for Canva Pro and I have been using it for a while at school to help make videos for my students. Opened it today to a confusing new UI and it crashes literally every single time i open a file. Slow and buggy. The UI of two days ago was perfect. This buggy mess has locked me out of any chance to do anything meaningful at work as all my work is saved on the app. Considering asking for a refund for this month. I pay month to month for this reason alone. Glad I didn’t purchase a year subscription as literally my entire work for the week I’m unable to use. Confusing new UI and nowhere near as efficient as before.

  • Absolute rubbish

    If any one of you people at Canva has tried using this app on iPad AT ALL, then you’ll know what all the problems that the users pointed out are really about, but unfortunately it seems to me that none of you are aware of ANY of it! It’s virtually UNUSABLE! You don’t need me to explain to you in detail what bugs need to be fixed, and don’t ask me to because too much of my time has already been wasted on your crappy app. This app is just so ridiculously plagued with bugs and usability issues, and it doesn’t take a expert to find out, but it seems that there isn’t one in your team - not even remotely.And with the latest update, now it even ceases to respond on my iPad Pro 11” (which is just a few month’s old). I’m sorry to say but this app is absolute crap. If less stars could be given, I’d rate this -5 stars. If even the free version is so problematic, how the hell do you expect people to purchase your so-called “Pro” version??? Don’t tell me that your Pro version is a totally different beast because no one would believe it.

  • Paid for Canva pro but have no access on any of the features

    I’ve reported a problem to the customer service team regarding the matter, they told me to provide relevant information to help resolve the problem, I did but have yet received any response from them after two days. The one year plan should start on the 3/5 yet in these few days I have no access on the app as a Canva pro member at all. Money has already been deducted from my account but I have no access on all the pro features and are still currently waiting for their reply. I’ve restarted everything and nothing has changed. I’ve also tried to contact via the suggested method several times since the 3/5 but I’ve not heard from you guys at all. You’ve charged me for it but I have no access on any of the features. It’s already been two weeks and no one is actually trying to fix the problems I would simply like to request for a refund, this is ridiculous.

  • Not friendly enough as a payment received application

    The app is convenient. However, for a subscription user, I won’t be satisfied with what they provide. Firstly, there are so many aspects are not convenient for editing photo. The user experience is not cool especially when doing with the printed material, the pictures quality is never enough for me to print. Also, the photo will be presented in different size or area after downloading the output! Sometimes all the materials in your pieces will be moved unexpectedly. When you are download multiple pages, you need to check it carefully because the app will change your wording or photo position! It is time wasting for me to double check something should be unnecessary!!!!!!

  • PAID FOR CANVA but Can’t save or use the app properly. There is always an issue!!!

    I just subscribed for two months, but I decided to unsubscribe today due to this issue. I can't save, download, or share my design. The app is always either offline or this note comes out: “There was an issue on our end! ” I am paying for my subscriptions and can't even use it!!! So disappointed!!! It's been having an issue for days now, and I can't save my work or share it!! Issue that can't save or download your work, can't find photos, telling me to wait until some users log out, cant open file, so disappointed.
