Interface for assigning a receipt to the report is extremely bad.Recipes are added just as “recipe”, no way to distinguish other than by open each one by one, why not use the file name?They use upload date instead of creation date on the image. So if at the end of the trip you upload all recipes so you can attach to expanses it will all show the same date. Should use creation date.Super tedious to manage expanses after the trip. Really bad user experience.

Interface for assigning a receipt to the report is extremely bad.Recipes are added just as “recipe”, no way to distinguish other than by open each one by one, why not use the file name?They use upload date instead of creation date on the image. So if at the end of the trip you upload all recipes so you can attach to expanses it will all show the same date. Should use creation date.Super tedious to manage expanses after the trip. Really bad user experience.

Every time I enter to put a parking submit and each time the app is surprised and asking me which expense I have… if ten times in a row it’s parking why doesn’t offer parking as input priority? I wish sap concur would use ai and progress to our century, it seems so backwards..

Very ad user experience

Too time consuming, not intuitive, demands too much attention and manual correction by the user. Automatic features provide false input that needs to be repeatedly adjusted by the user. Frequent version issue don’t solve thee basic usability faults.

ADDITIONS / REMOVALS • In the upcoming version (v10.30), planned technical changes at SAP Concur may result in loss of locally stored data (such as Drive configuration, notification settings or offline expenses). We recommend you regularly save all offline data and check their settings after the update. • The Quick Scan camera has been removed and will be replaced with an improved main camera. • We will stop supporting iOS 17 on the upcoming version of our app (v10.30).
