Your mindfulness turns on automatically when watching something, and you used to be able to turn it off by catching the pull down notification and clicking on the X. That doesn’t work anymore. So I pull down on the control centre and click off the mindfulness and it turns itself on about 2 seconds later, every single time. It’s driving me crazy. Your Report a Problem isn’t working either. Please fix!

I got a pop up one day saying I could get a subscription for 3 free months and was given an option with that to not have a subscription after the 3 months so I didn’t have to cancel it myself. I still had to pay to watch a movie with a subscription so I cancelled it after that. Then I got another notification during the three months where I ended up cancelling it again. That was back in March. At the end of August I got emailed an apple receipt for Apple TV and turns out I’ve been paying for it since May! $30 a month I’ve been paying for four months and the last two payments are the only ones I could submit a refund request for and got denied twice despite meeting the criteria for both of them. So I’ve had more than $100 stolen for something I was unsubscribed from and I didn’t even know I had. In house scam, don’t get it

Apple TV App whirling on “Shrinking”

I am having trouble watching the series Shrinking as the programme continually is whirling and freezing. I have tried watching on both my Smart TV’s and used suggestions on how to stop this but to no avail. I am also watching Slow Horses & TherMorning Show and there has been. no issue. I am now watching the series straight from my IPad and this is working. However I am paying for the streaming service and feel there is an issue with this programme. I feel a bit annoyed I am having this issue as I Iove the programmes on Apple TV. Any information as to why this is happening would be much appreciated. Thank you

For someone who isn’t really big on movie subscriptions and the whole paying for movies when free online streaming is a common occurrence I do find this Apple TV relevant in terms of current and realism of the now of course it follows suit with all the previous versions attaining all bells and whistles that you would expect from any app that carries the i brand and then some these are just micro reasons as to why I have chosen to award this review with 5 stars
