App support has always been helpful unlike other agents from different apps that is always in a hurry to close or end your conversation. Apple support always make sure that you have your time to troubleshoot and make sure you receive the help that you needed and gets confirmation if there is anything else or if they have given you the support that they needed before they end the conversation.
HOTSPOT CONNECTIVITY CONCERN

I am raising a design concern regarding iOS Personal Hotspot behavior.When I enable my hotspot, iOS allows devices to connect but provides no meaningful visibility or control over those connections. In my case, an unnamed device is consuming a significant amount of my paid mobile data, yet iOS provides no way to identify or selectively disconnect that device.To be clear, I am not requesting invasive details such as MAC addresses, manufacturers, or device profiling. A simple list of connected devices with:- device name (as broadcast by the device), and - a basic “Disconnect” option would already solve the problem without violating privacy.As the hotspot owner and the one paying for the data, I carry all financial and performance risk. Preventing me from managing access to my own hotspot does not protect my privacy — it exposes me to abuse.Other platforms already provide this level of control without ethical or security issues. The absence of this feature in iOS appears to be a deliberate design decision rather than a technical limitation.Please escalate this feedback to the relevant product and UX teams. This is a genuine weakness in iOS and directly impacts users who rely on mobile data responsibly.

1. The reply of the agent is very delay at most times. Funny thing is that they have their SLA which looks like the customer dorsn’t reply but in reality this App doesn’t send the message to the customer in real time.2. The app keeps on crashing and also when you minimize this app then most of the time the conversation already not updating/working. “Message Failed to Send” error appears also.3. Only option is to “End” the chat which is not good because it will create multiple conversations with multiple agents with 1 customer issue.4. Case was gone after my 2nd conversation with another agent crashes.5. Needs more enhancement on this app. There is no way to retrieve or read past conversations. Very bad User Experience to repeat all conversation again with another agent.

This app has always been non helpful. Like Siri, it does not remember user settings and defaults. To update an apple password, apple wanted to visit the website that doesn’t support my current browser. After using a higher version, apple says to download this app using iOS 15 or higher. Now that I used my brothers phone with 15.8, it says it requires version 17 or later. The time it takes to get help and the all these redirection processes to get helped, have always been this tedious. That’s why it is true that iOS is only for the rich ones who are ready to purchase a new one to get the needed support. For the past 5 years, this is the 3rd time I got exhausted breaking my principle of giving detractor scores.
