Annual General Meeting of WACM x EngoSoc x RAM x FSAE

We are excited to announce the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Western Sydney University Engineers Society, where we come together as a community of aspiring engineers to reflect on our achievements, elect new leadership, and discuss the future of our club.

Agenda:
1. Welcome and Acknowledgement of Country: We will commence the AGM with a warm welcome to all attendees and pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we gather.

2. Attendance and Apologies: We will take roll call to ensure we have a quorum for the meeting. Members who cannot attend are encouraged to submit their apologies in advance.
3. President’s Annual Report: Our President will provide an overview of the club's activities and accomplishments over the past year, highlighting our achievements, challenges, and future goals.

4. Treasurer’s Annual Report: The Treasurer will present the financial report, detailing the club's income, expenses, and financial health. Members will have the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification.
5. Club’s Constitution: We will review and discuss any proposed amendments to the club's constitution, ensuring our governing document aligns with our mission and objectives.
6. Election of Executive: It's time to elect the next generation of club leaders who will steer us towards new horizons. Nominations for executive positions will be accepted, and members will have the opportunity to vote for their preferred candidates.
7. General Business: This is your chance to bring forward any suggestions, ideas, or concerns related to the club's operations, events, and initiatives. We encourage an open dialogue to shape the future of our engineering club.
8. How to Nominate for Executive Positions:

If you wish to nominate yourself or another member for an executive position, please submit nominations in advance to [Insert Email Address] by [Insert Nomination Deadline]. Nominations can also be made in person at the AGM.

Refreshments and Networking:
Following the AGM, we invite all attendees to join us for light refreshments and networking. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow engineering enthusiasts and discuss potential collaborations and projects.
