2025/2026 Season Food Truck Interest Form
If you're interested in vending at an ECRD event, there will be a $50 flat fee paid to ECRD before the date of the event. A web link will be provided for payment upon selection of a food truck. Submission of your Transient Merchant License and Liability Insurance paperwork are required at least two weeks before the bout.

Submitting Paperwork
To qualify you must submit your TRANSIENT MERCHANT FOOD CART LICENSE for the City of Springfield and proof of current Liability Insurance. Please Clearly label your paperwork with your business name and which paperwork it is.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
