For a closed loop cruise (meaning it departs from and returns to the same US port) a passport is not typically required but is highly recommend. All guests must have apporpriate citizenship documentation to embark. Requirements may vary by cruise line.

All cruises departing from a port outside of the United States or traveling one-way with debarkation at an alternative port will require a passport.

All passports should be valid until at six months after the return date of your cruise.

Airfare Notice

From time to time cruise lines have offers to include airfare in your cruise package. This is not recommended. Flights are arranged directly by the cruise line and no changes can be made. Flights may include multiple stops. Guests in different staterooms may have different flgihts. 

I recommend booking airfare directly with your preferred airline. Airfare assistance is subject to a non-refundable service fee of $100 for up to 5 guests. 

Basic airfare guidance will be sent soon after your reservation. 
It is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to arrive in the embarkation port city at least ONE DAY prior to the sailing. If you choose to travel on embarkation day any delays may result in missing the cruise. 
A consultation call will help me better understand your vacation expectations, family preferences, budget, and travel needs. This helps create a more tailored vacation quote for your specific trip.

I highly encourage you to schedule a call to discuss your plans in more details. Especially if you have not taken a cruise before. There are many specific details needed to complete your cruise quote.

Notice:  Many vacations require research and professional services fees. These fees vary by destination, length of trip, and the size of your travel party. Fees will be discussed in the consultation and listed on your vacation quote.

Research of more than two travel dates will include a quoting fee of $100 in addition to standard professional service fees.

All airfare booking is subject to a separate service fee.
