The Senior GIS Analyst coordinates GIS projects, develops policies and standards, conducts GIS analyses, and trains staff. The role requires collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.

Conduct site assessments, collect data on wetlands, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in restoration projects, and educate the public on wetland importance.

Conduct field surveys and assessments of wetlands and watercourses, ensuring regulatory compliance and participating in restoration projects while educating the public and stakeholders.

Manage right-of-way projects from conception to completion, leading internal and external teams to deliver scopes, budgets, schedules, QA, and client reporting. Serve as primary client contact, oversee sub-consultants and staff, ensure compliance with Texas condemnation processes, and provide forecasting, revenue reporting, and AR/AP support.
