Fluid Collaboration (FC) is a dynamic teamwork mode where tasks and roles change flexibly. We introduce the Cooperative Cuisine (CoCu) environment, in which we study how human and hybrid teams can achieve FC. Our findings high-light key abilities of artificial agents to be essential for seamless hybrid collaboration, including online Theory of Mind, real-time adaptation, and implicit coordination.
