As you may have realised – ELELS is a very family centered community. We have many members who have young families. So whether you are an existing member, a new one, or just looking around you’ll find useful information in these pages.
Our programming for families is steered by the New Generations Committee who ensure that we offer programmes that not only enable our children to come together, make friends and learn about Judaism, but also brings family groups together.
The pages in this section explain our cheder, bar/bat mitzvah and children's education programmes, but also programmes such as Family Services, Kids B’Yachad and Come Shabbat with Me which (prior to lockdown), brought families together to celebrate Shabbat together on a Friday night.
