Please note -

Once I've received your booking request form, I will contact you via email to accept your request and discuss your design, pricing, deposit, booking dates, etc.

Bookings will not be confirmed until your deposit has been received. Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a mandatory consent form, and some additional information relating to your tattoo booking.

For custom designs, I will provide you with an image of the design at least one week prior to your booking (at the latest). You will be able to request changes to the design (no later than 3 days prior to your booking) - after 2 requests for changes, I will not be able to make any additional changes.
