View and rewrite OME-TIFF metadata
OME Rewriter is a tool for editing metadata fields in OME-TIFF files.
It can also rewrite plain TIFF files into standards-compliant OME-TIFF
files with rich microscope metadata.
Features include:
Open and inspect OME-TIFF files, including multi-channel, Z-stack, and time-series images
Edit physical voxel sizes, numerical aperture, lens immersion medium, and embedding medium
Edit per-channel parameters: microscope type, excitation/emission wavelengths, and pinhole size
Rewrite ScanImage TIFF files as standards-compliant OME-TIFF files
Save and reload parameter sets (JSON) for quick re-use across acquisitions
