These leaders are designing community-rooted equity projects, influencing policy conversations, and gaining the tools to lead transformational change in schools and systems across North Carolina.

Your support strengthens initiatives like the Equity Profiles Dashboard, a public tool launched in 2023 that equips leaders with real-time data to address disparities in discipline, access, and outcomes. We’ve also delivered equity-centered coaching and technical assistance to 13 school districts in Eastern NC—supporting hundreds of educators in applying research to practice.
