Website maintenance includes tasks like ensuring all the links on your site are working, regularly updating content, and fixing any broken links. It also involves more general housekeeping tasks like backing up your site regularly and monitoring your site's performance.

We will discuss via email a plan for your email marketing such as what you want each email to be about and then we'll go about when they will be sent out throughout that month.

Dip of Graphics, LLC Payment Agreement

First payment begins before the designing process begins as a deposit and you must sign this agreement form before the service can proceed. Your bill will be emailed to the email Dip of Graphics, LLC have on file. You will be able to choose the payment methods Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay or PayPal.

This signature acknowledges that you agree to these terms and if you do not follow these terms that your right to your website will be revoked and you will not receive your website design until the other half is paid for in full.

POLICY

Logos, Flyers & Just Design

NO REFUNDS 

The watermark will not be removed until a full payment is made. All FINAL 

work is sent via email. You are allowed two FREE revisions after those two revisions you will be charged an additional $10 each

revision. For logos that are SKETCHED you will be charged an additional $15 each after two revisions and this includes 

cartoons. All payments can be made after you are 100% satisfied with your design. You can also pay all upfront. It's completely up to you.

 

Websites 

NO REFUNDS 

Deposits are non-refundable. While I'm in the process of editing your website

if you need any changes made please inform me to make them. Please DO NOT edit your website while in the process of doing so. If any damage is done due to you going in and editing it you will be charged an additional $50 for me to correct any damage. 

You can pay HALF now and HALF later. You can also pay FULL UPFRONT. If your website is not paid in full the site will not be released to you.

For Websites you will receive a 14 day guarantee! You will have free maintenance on your website for 14 days starting from your launch date. After that there will be a maintenance fee.

No discussing business of one client with another only client to Graphic Designer. I will not discuss business of one client to another.

Payment Must Be Paid In FULL in order for ANY GRAPHICS to be released to you.
