By submitting this form, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
ORDER POLICY
- Order reservations will be processed upon submission. An e-mail confirmation will be disseminated within 1-3 working days.
- Payment is required only upon pickup or delivery (GCash & Cash ONLY).
- Limited stocks are available. Order reservations will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
PICKUP & DELIVERY POLICY
- CADS Pickup
- Customers must personally pay and claim their reservations in Booth #4 at the SJ Walk during the ABM Bazaar on July 11, 2025.
- Failure to claim an order by 3:30 PM may result in forfeiture of the reservation.
- In-campus Pickup
- Customers will be contacted using the information filled out in this order form.
- Customers must be prompt to arrive at the meetup location.
- Failure to claim an order by the scheduled meetup time may result in forfeiture of the order.
- Express Delivery
- Upon confirmation, customers must provide GCash payment before the shipment is processed.
- The time frame to process express delivery is as follows: July 12, 2025 to July 18, 2025.
- Customers must shoulder the delivery charge (Lalamove & Grabs Express ONLY; Within Metro Manila ONLY).
- Orders are considered final upon dispatch. The Versed Wear is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by the courier.
- Personal Delivery
- Customers with connections to the team, particularly family or friends outside of DLSU-M's campus, are eligible to make orders.
- The time frame to process personal delivery may extend throughout the Term 3 sales period to allow leeway for time constraints.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- A change of mind.
- An incorrect size selection.
- Late pickup or delivery refusal.
- Exchanges are only allowed when the customer receives the wrong item.
- If within this criteria, customers must immediately report to The Versed Wear within 24 hours of receiving the order to address the following:
- A proof of payment.
- A photo evidence.
- A brief description of the issue.
- After this period, The Versed Wear is no longer responsible for external damages or discrepancies found in the product.
- Once approved, exchanges will be processed based on stock availability. Otherwise, a full refund may be issued.
MODIFICATION RIGHT POLICY
- The Versed Wear reserves the right to modify and update these terms and conditions at any time.
- Any major changes will be communicated through official channels.
DATA PRIVACY POLICY
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), effective September 9, 2016, I allow The Versed Wear to store and use my data for the purposes stated in this form:
1. Customer data that were collected are solely used to fulfill the order reservation process.
2. The Versed Wear will not share, sell, or distribute customer information to any third party.
3. Any misuse of information acquired through this form will be subject to appropriate actions as outlined in the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
