2026 Middle School Coaching Interest Form

We are preparing for the upcoming Mid School Soccer season (Mid-March to Early May). If you are interested in coaching a Mid School boys and/or girls team, please complete the form below.

Coaches receive a $1,000 stipend per team (up to two teams). Responsibilities include, but not limited to, player evaluations/tryouts, team practices, and a 7–8 game regular season plus playoffs. All coaches must complete and pass the NMYSA background check, concussion training, SafeSport certification, and the APS fingerprint clearance.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee a coaching position. Your information will be shared with the school’s principal and athletic director so you can connect and make sure it’s a good fit.
