It’s worth checking first whether we could be a good fit for each other. If you could please answer the questions below, and you'll get an email response from me within 5 working days (usually 1 or 2). If it looks like we could work together, we’ll book in for a free initial session.
If any of your info changes in that time (e.g. intensity of symptoms), this may change whether we continue after the initial session. I'll let you know if I have any current slots, or if you'll be added to my waitlist. I can't give any estimates on how long you'll be on the waitlist, but in most cases it's at least a number of months.
None of this is designed to trick you or catch you out – please answer honestly. I just want to make sure we’re a good match for each other, so you’re not waiting for a therapist that isn’t right for you. Any questions or issues you have with filling in the form, email or message and I'll get back to you when I can.

I will only contact you about setting up sessions by email - I won't call you for this. I only collect your phone number for safety reasons, and in case our connection cuts out during an online session.
