Yoga & Wellness Survey for Port Adelaide & Surrounds

Thank you for taking a few moments to share your thoughts with me. I’m exploring the idea of offering beginner-friendly Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes in our local area, and your feedback will help me shape these classes in a way that best supports you and our community.

Restorative Yoga is a deeply gentle practice that uses props and long-held poses to help the body relax and reset. It encourages the nervous system to shift out of “fight or flight” and into rest, digest and repair - supporting stress relief, emotional regulation, recovery from physical or emotional trauma, and overall wellbeing.

Beginner Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style of movement that links breath with gentle sequences. These classes are especially designed for those who have never tried yoga before, or who want to build confidence in a space free from intimidation, judgement, or expectation.

I’m also exploring weaving sound therapy (such as Tibetan sound bowls and similar instruments) into the Restorative sessions, to support even deeper relaxation and balance.

Your answers will guide me in deciding what styles to offer, when to run them, how often, and what pricing feels accessible.
