Interested in joining the first and largest Latin fraternity?
Founded on December 1, 1975, Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. was built on the principles of scholarship, brotherhood, opportunity, and the protection of identity and equality. Our Founding and Fraternal Fathers sought to unite men who shared these values and to fight for Latino equality in society.
Since then, Lambda Theta Phi has grown to 156 undergraduate and 33 alumni chapters nationwide. At Michigan State University, the Delta Beta Chapter was established on April 22, 2012, by seven dedicated individuals who believed our organization’s presence was needed on campus. Their vision created a space for Lambda men to grow as leaders and continue our mission at MSU.
Today, our fraternity thrives through the principles of academic excellence, brotherhood, leadership, Latino unity, and service—helping develop men into well-rounded, successful members of society.
While Latin-based, we are not Latin-exclusive. We welcome gentlemen of all backgrounds who share our values.
