We are seeking vendors who embody our mission of building community and spreading the spinning arts. We expect vendors to educate attendees about their products and maintain high standards for the quality and safety of the goods they sell.
Vendors pay full price for their ticket to WildFire but are not expected to contribute the standard volunteer hours. Approved vendors are guaranteed access to purchase up to 2 tickets.
Applications should be submitted for consideration by April 25, 2026. Notification of approval or denial will be sent to you on a rolling basis, by May 1st at the latest.
We are not charging vendor fees for this event!
Vending will only be allowed in specific vending areas. Only approved vendors may participate in the selling of items. Vendors are expected to maintain and uphold all safety protocols as outlined by our policies found on our website, wildfireretreat.org. No backpack vending unless pre-approved, you must submit an application to backpack vend.
Once approved please send photos highlighting your business and products to comms@wildfireretreat.org so that we can feature you on socials!
