Västerbotten cheese is a must at all major Swedish events such as Midsommar, Crayfish season and Christmas. Make your own Västerbotten pie with Bronte's (owner of Scandikitchen) recipe here.

Ready, Set, Midsommar Bake!

Livat Hammersmith, the new shopping mall with a Scandinavian touch (IKEA and H&M are their main tenants) will be hosting a Jordgubbtårta bake-off. You can win £200 to use in their stores. Just head there on Saturday the 25th at 10am before your other celebrations. IKEA stocks a lot of Midsummer food so this is a perfect moment to shop your Midsommar food on the day.

Midsummer after-party Saturday 25th June!
