Advanced settings: rename "use localhost for injections" into "Intercept TCP connect requests"

When this option is enabled, AdGuard intercepts TCP connections BEFORE the connection is actually established.

Obviously, it is better to have it enabled. However, there are some known cases when we have to disable it in order to solve compatibility issues (Sophos, for instance).

• Text: If this option is enabled, AdGuard's network driver intercepts connections before they are established. This is a preferrable behavior, but it can cause some compatibility issues with some Antiviruses (for instance, Sophos AV)
