Support left alignment in tribble

Closes #784 and toward #258. Now supporting:

tibble::tribble(
   ~x,       ~d,
   "axa'fa", 1:6,
   "b",      4:6
 )

• cache_applying: 0.03 -> 0.02 (-7.5%)
• cache_recording: 0.88 -> 0.86 (-3%)
• without_cache: 2.65 -> 2.55 (-3.7%)

(This is actually not very realistic)

With an alinged tibble in benchmarking code:

• cache_applying: 0.03 -> 0.03 (-1%)
• cache_recording: 1.58 -> 1.58 (0.1%)
• without_cache: 4.12 -> 4.12 (0%)
