Support OJ’s Needs and Family Stability

I’m creating this fund for stability and for OJ because, mentally, I am not okay right now. I’ve been financially unstable and experiencing hardship for almost two years, going on three. It is extremely hard to function as a parent when you are carrying constant money stress. I’m trying to stay strong and resilient, but it has not been easy.

This fund will go toward OJ’s daily lifestyle and needs. Caring for a child with special needs is expensive. OJ only eats Popeyes chicken and drinks Pediasure, and those alone add up quickly. As he grows, he constantly needs new clothes, shoes, and essentials. I want to be able to provide those things without feeling like I’m drowning.

OJ is autistic and very active. He makes sounds, runs back and forth, and expresses himself freely. Because of that, I choose to live in a townhome to be mindful of neighbors and avoid potential issues that could come with apartment living. I am simply trying to create a stable and respectful environment for both my child and the people around us. Being able to stay current on rent and stable housing is extremely important to me so we do not have to worry about losing our home or relocating while I am still trying to find stable income.

I may potentially still have to relocate and I do not currently have the funds to do so. I have debt I am working to pay back, and a car that needs repairs. I can barely afford car insurance monthly. I rely heavily on my car to make money and get to where I need to go, and without it I would be stuck.

I have been applying for jobs and facing multiple rejections. I continue creating content, hoping opportunities will open up, but this economy and inflation have made it incredibly hard. Raising a child with special needs during a financial crisis is overwhelming, and I am doing everything I can to stay afloat without mentally crashing out.

OJ’s birthday is coming up. Because of financial stress, we usually do not do much, but I would love to treat him to something special like I was able to last year. He deserves that joy.

Every donation will go toward everyday necessities: Popeyes, Pediasure, clothes, shoes, housing stability, rent, car repairs, and paying down urgent bills and paying ahead of bills to prevent worry. I am simply asking for support during a season where I do not have it all together, but I am still trying.

Once I am able to clear my debt and stabilize our situation, I fully plan to use this platform to help other parents who are in similar positions. I receive messages all the time from moms who are struggling, and it hurts not being able to help. My goal is not just to get through this season, but to be in a position where I can bless other parents without hesitation. I want this to come full circle.

If you feel led to give, thank you. If you can share, that means just as much.
