Nei Gong (內功), or "internal skill," is a traditional Chinese practice focusing on cultivating internal energy (Qi), strengthening the body from within, and developing mental awareness. It involves slow movements, deep breathing, and meditation to cultivate internal power, often described as the advanced, deeper counterpart to Qigong.
