However, their safety profiles remain unclear due to limited real-world evidence. This study aims to analyze and compare adverse drug reactions (ADRs) of these drugs using data from the WHO-VigiAccess and FAERS databases. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted using ADR data from the VigiAccess and FAERS databases, focusing on System Organ Class (SOC) and Preferred Term (PT) classifications. Descriptive statistics and reporting odds ratio (ROR) analysis were employed to evaluate and compare ADR profiles. Results Lecanemab and Aducanumab exhibited distinct ADRs. Results from both the VigiAccess and FAERS databases indicated that the most SOC associated with both drugs was nervous system disorders (34.7% in VigiAccess, 36.8% in FAERS). Further multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that Aducanumab was...
Study on Dynamic Modulus Prediction Model of In-Service Asphalt Pavement
Buildings, 2024

However, its acquisition is currently limited to laboratory dynamic modulus testing using a limited number of core samples, necessitating a reassessment of its representativeness. To facilitate the prediction of dynamic modulus design parameters through Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) back-calculated modulus data, an integrated approach encompassing FWD testing, modulus back-calculation, core sample dynamic modulus testing, and asphalt DSR testing was employed to concurrently acquire dynamic modulus at identical locations under varying temperatures and frequencies. Dynamic modulus prediction models for in-service asphalt pavements were developed utilizing fundamental model deduction and gene expression programming (GEP) techniques. The findings indicate that GEP exhibits superior efficacy in the development of dynamic modulus predicti...
Improving Saline–Alkaline Soil and Ryegrass Growth with Coal Gangue Treatments
Plants, 2024

Coal gangue, a solid waste generated from coal mining, contains nutrients and trace elements comparable to those in soil, making it a promising covering material. This study investigates the effects and mechanisms of coal gangue coverage on the physicochemical properties of soil, enzyme activity, and the growth of ryegrass. The experimental treatments comprised (1) three coal gangue particle sizes (0–0.5 cm, 0.5–1 cm, and 1–2 cm) and (2) three coverage thicknesses (4 cm, 8 cm, and 12 cm). The results show that with particle sizes of 0–1 cm and cover thicknesses of 8–12 cm, the saturated water content of the soil increased by 11.1% to 17.23%, the content of organic matter rose by 4.99 to 13.64 mg/kg, the total nitrogen increased by 0.07 to 0.12 mg/kg, and the urease activity increased by 0.56 to 0.64 μg/(d·...
