Sales Consultant, what kind of job is it?

As a Sales Consultant with us, you will handle incoming calls from existing customers. Your main task will be to provide a first-class customer experience while actively working with sales and upselling in every conversation. Technical support, orders, changes, and billing inquiries will be part of the job, but our main focus is to maximize value for both the customer and the company through strategic and targeted sales.
