TOASTER PERFORMANCE BIENNALE 2026

​

In April, Toaster presents Denmark’s first international performance biennale, taking place across Den Frie and Husets Teater. I am taking part in Danish artist Kristoffer Akselbo's performance piece Orcs & Others.

WINTER GREETINGS​

​

In the last couple of weeks I have been spoiled with the opening of two group exhibitions.

​

A warm thank you to all the people who came to the opening of Slower & Vaster at Kunsthal Rønnebæksholm, where I am showing my new art piece FRISKABTE. It is made out of video excerpts from my theatrical show by the same name at Sort/Hvid. Having worked with this fleeting art form that is theater, it feels great to alter it into something lasting. 

​

Another huge thank you to all the people who joined me in the freezing cold at the opening of Daddy Issues at Gammel Strand. I not only got to perform my art piece Adam's Apples and do a hot DJ set with linedance club Outliners - I am also happy to have two art pieces in the exhibition.

AUTUMN GREETINGS ​

​

Summer has ended, but I would like to say the warmest thank you to all the lovely people that came by to see the premiere of my performance piece 'Adam's Apples' and my debut DJ set 'Lovebomb' at CHART 2025. Your feedback has left me high as a cloud. 

​

It was a true joy getting to work with the linedance group Outliners and Cæcilie Trier. 

​

Soon I will return with some exciting announcements.

WORKING GRANT

​

I am thrilled to share the exciting news that I am one of the lucky artists this year to receive a three-year working grant by The Danish Arts Foundation. 

​​

Did you ever watch the ending of Kill Bill Vol. 2, when Uma Thurman lies on her bathroom floor sobbing in tears of absolute joy? That was pretty much me the day I got the news! 

​​

The biggest and warmest thank you to The Danish Art Foundation for giving me one of the biggest gifts in my life.
