Bronx Yoga Lab

Great studio in every respect (great teachers, fellow students, atmosphere and physical space). They still do original Bikram style Hatha 26&2, and the rest of the styles are icing on the cake. Been a regular for years since pre-pandemic and love this place. Can't recommend it enough. Only complaint is that we need them to franchise ;)

I have been a member at Bronx Yoga Lab for over a year and the teachers are all kind, attentive and empowering in the manner that they interact with students. The studio offers a series of thoughtfully curated and effective classes that have helped me gain flexibility and strength while also improving my mental health. The most important reason why I recommend this studio is the community that they have built where folks from young to old can come and practice in the hot room together with no judgement.

I started going to BYL many years ago, I still remember my first class with John (my first yoga class ever). I've taken multiple classes and my favorites are Tuesday evenings with Myrna. She has a soothing manner and voice, and reminds me of my mother-in-law (who I love!). The room is always perfectly hot, and the view is awesome. I moved but am visiting next week and am taking a class while in town. Highly recommend this studio.
