Pricing?

Initial consultation appointment is free.

* Home Organization: $35 an hour, with a minimum of 3 hours.

* Maintenance Cleaning: $25 an hour (per person) for regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning. These wages are given directly to employees, and a $50 fee is paid to the company, with a minimum 3 hours per session.

* Move-In/Move-Out/One-Time Cleanings: Same as Maintenance Cleanings cited above.

* When you refer other customers to us (and that referral nets us a cleaning session), we will cancel your next upcoming $50 company fee! We love word-of-mouth!

We accept cards, Venmo, CashApp or cash.

Question 2

What can I expect as a new client?

We will schedule an initial meeting to see the space to be organized/cleaned.  This will take roughly an hour and is completely free of charge. During that consultation I will quote roughly the time it will take to do the work. If you agree, it's a simple contract signing and we will schedule workdays!

For your scheduled workdays, you do not need to be present in the home as long as we can have access.

Question 3

What do I need to do before my consultation?

Nothing – As your organizer I need to see exactly how you live and function.  Do not put away items or clean up.  I need to see the real you so I can best help design your space to work for, not against, you.

Question 4

Do you take photos?

I have a photo release form as part of your service agreement. You can opt in or out of having photos taken of your space. If you consent to having photos taken, know that these photos will be Before & After photos used to demonstrate the quality of our work, and may be used in social media posts. Your personal information will never be shared with anyone, so your anonymity would remain intact. Do not wish for photos to be taken? Simply select No in the release form.

Who will be coming into my home?

We are LGBTQIA+, and we're specifically catering to folks that identify as queer/alternative lifestyle. If you'd like to know more about this, please ask me directly and I can share more information!

For Home Organizing, it will be myself (Phoenix) working solely on your space.

For maintenance cleaning, our cleaning staff Hickory and Tua will be your cleaning crew.

You can schedule us at the same time to have the entire crew in and out in the same day.

Question 6

Will you be throwing my things away?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Unless it is obvious trash (food wrappers, etc), if an item doesn't have a "home" it will be set aside for you to decide where it goes. I will give you homework to sort miscellaneous items or I can be with you during the process.

If you would like to donate items, I will deliver them to a donation site, with the time taken being added to that day's rate.

How long does it take?

There are a number of variables that will determine how much time a project will take, including the number of items in the room, if you want to be involved in the entire process, how fast you make decisions, etc.

The minimum amount of time to schedule a session is 3 hours.

Maintenance/One-Time Cleanings: You may opt for 1 or 2 cleaners to be present for a session.

Home Organization: A typical session usually lasts 6-8 hours (minimum of 3). If you are wanting a full house organization, it will take several visits. I do yards, garages, attics, storage units, individual rooms, hobby rooms, offices, workspaces, cars.

During the consultation visit, together, we will determine the amount of time I estimate the work taking.

Do you provide the items I need to be organized?

I can. I make recommendations based on your needs if you want to buy storage yourself. I try to use what you have first, and if we need more, I can purchase that for you and you will reimburse me for said items purchased, and the purchasing time will be included in that day's rate.
