The Redliners began in 2006 after founder Christina Castelli learned that there was no a cappella ensemble on campus... so she started one. Originally starting as an all-girls ensemble, The Crimson Chords (formerly The Redliners) have grown to become a co-ed group of 14 to 20 members, holding competitive auditions every semester. The Crimson Chords perform full-length concerts at the end of each semester, at several gigs around campus and at small venues in the Norman/Oklahoma City area.
