1. Know your current weight 
2. Your age/ and height will determine your BMI (How much you should weigh in a healthy range). You can Google BMI Calculator its FREE!
3. Download a daily calorie tracker to help you calculate your meals per day (I attached my favorite app). 
4. Food is about 75% of the process. 
5. Exercise is very important too, eventho is about 25% of the process is good for muscle mass. 

How to start

My Net Diary 

Breakfast Ideas

1/2-serving of Kodiak Mix pancakes 
1 tbsp of Maple Syrup 

- I sometimes like to add a bit of cinnamon powder to the mix
- You can serve with Strawberries or Bluebarries.  

Pancakes/ Waffles 

Base for any of the Tacos: 2 Tortillas of either Low Carb Mission Tortillas or regular corn Tortillas. 

2-eggs 
1/4- Egg white 


After that, you can always choose to use one of the following toppings: 
-Turkey bacon 2 strips 
-Chorizo 1/4 of a cup 
-1/4 cup of refried beans (egg and bean taco) or no egg; add 1/4 cup of shredded cheese for a bean and cheese. 
-2 slices- Turkey ham 
- 1/3 of a cup of air-fried diced potatoes

Lunch/Dinner Ideas

Chicken Alfredo  

1 cup of Lean Ground Beef 
1 cup of Diced Potatoes (Air-Fried). 
1/4 of shredded cheese
1/4 dices tomatos 
1/8 of plain Greek Yogurt 
dices pickels (optional)


Burger Bowl 

Fast food meals 

Panda Express super greens and kung pao chicken

Small mac-cheese with the grilled nuggets

12-count grilled-nuggets

market-salad with light Italian dressing 

Toppings: 
Marinara sauce 
Mozzarella Cheese 
Grilled Chicken
