You cannot apply for the Gold Pip until you have achieved the Silver. You can apply for a Silver pip if: Your attendance is over 95% Attend a club or intervention regularly Overall Positive & Exemplary Attitude to Learning (A2L) You have earned at least 200 merit points in one academic year
