It's communal space and have good appearance.,
but for scale event i think this place need more than big parking place, need sanitation and toilet arrangements better as per latest visit, it can't handle Halal Festival the toilet run out water, praying room are not available,l.
Once again this is base on my experience.

Went to Brickhall Fatmawati for Artket 2025, an annual art market I always visit with my sister. This was my first time at this venue, and it was a nice surprise! The space is clean, spacious, and thankfully the air-con was strong—which was much needed since the event was packed.

Brickhall is located inside a housing complex, and it’s quite easy to reach. It’s walking distance from Fatmawati MRT Station, but if you don’t feel like walking, you can just GrabBike ride. I wouldn’t recommend ordering a car from the MRT—it tends to take longer due to the small roads and one-way routes.

Overall, it’s a cool spot for events like this. Great location, comfy space, and a fun way to spend the weekend!

great place to organize an event. nice layout, sufficent parking area, good air-conditioning, great location near toll gate and public hospital.

Went here for slow move bazaar, the building is pretty new, the air con is working extremely well. For tenants is pretty cold. For visitors is quite alright. The hall has two doors, front and side. It also has outdoor spaces.

This place is suitable for doing healthy lifestyle things, more like wellness center. There are so many sport, exercise equipment, and healthy foods booth you can find here

The facilities like toilet, greenery environment, and the parking lot is also quite comfortable (and free parking). Definitely worth it
