Welcome to my corner of the outdoors, where off-road cycling, bikepacking, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors take center stage. I'm passionate about health, diet, and sharing my insights on a variety of related topics. With over 35 years of experience as a bicycle mechanic, wheelbuilder, and designer, I’m now semi-retired but find myself busier than ever. As of January 2024, I'm still living life to the fullest at 69, happily married and a proud great-grandfather. Cycling, especially Fatbikes, remains my true passion.
