Crafted with Hawkesbury-grown orange and pomegranate, it delivers a naturally semi-sweet profile balanced by delicate florals, warm spice, and the rich, smooth texture from Daintree vanilla and Australian almond. Known for its quality and versatility, Affinity Gin shines in cocktails and continues to earn international recognition for its refined and well-rounded character. Key Botanicals: Daintree vanilla, Hawkesbury pomegranate and Macedonian juniper. An unconventionally smooth navy strength gin that boasts double juniper, 3 tiers of citrus, herbaceous lemon myrtle, bitter ruby grapefruit, and sweet mandarin. KEY BOTANICALS Distillery grown rose geranium, Australian coriander seeds and South African honey bush. TASTING NOTES "Layered and compelling, juniper and spice run alongside other botanicals. Great mouthfeel with citrus at the fore and good botanical boldness. With added water, the floral parts open up a lot with waves of spice.” ISWC 2021.

Enjoy tropical and stewed fruits that feel like they have been baked into a delicious and all-Australian rum.Fermented from sticky sweet NSW Molasses for 2 weeks. 100% Copper pot distilled in our 600L copper pot still Calcifer. Aged at mercy of the Devils Wilderness NSW between 2.5YO to 4YO in Ex-Australian-Whiskey (Bourbon Style) barrels. Barrels are blended post maturation similar to a solera system to ensure consistency between batches. Tasting notes: " Luscious almonds and vanilla entice, followed by sugarcane bark. Blackcurrant stalks bring depth. Citrus and honey dance on the palate. Fruity cask lingers beautifully. " 94/100 IWSC 2024
