What an amazing, detailed, friendly, and comforting experience. Several years ago I was a loan processor and I have to admit, Kathy is hands down the best I've had. She was always accessible, especially late at night. Her turnaround times were quick and her creativity to help with ideas to close her loans was amazing. I cant say enough good things about our experience with Kathy and Prime Lending. I'm a small business owner. It's tough to buy a home being a small business owner. Or so I thought. I just called the wrong people!! Some lenders saying either no they can't help us or approving us for a small amount. Kathy had us pre-approved for more than desired amount in literally no time.
