Hi, I’m Matthew Giesbrecht—most know me as Mat Gee. I grew up in Canada 🇨🇦 and Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬. After high school I moved to Australia 🇦🇺 for six years, where I met the love of my life.

Life has brought deep challenges—personal battles, career ups and downs, and family strain. Through it all I’ve been learning (often the hard way) what it means to trust God again, lead my family with humility, and rebuild with honesty instead of hiding. I’m still in process, and I’m okay saying that out loud.

Today I live in N Idaho with my family, pouring myself into two connected callings:
• Continuing my sales career while restarting my own business doing decks and patio cover projects.
• Founding Generations.Coalition in 2026—a nonprofit empowering today’s young men and women to rise as tomorrow’s leaders.

I’m not arriving as someone who has it all figured out. I’m showing up as someone still walking the road—with a belief that others can too
