Art for a New Start: request a custom piece
Art for a New Start is an initiative by students of the National Arts Honor Society at Portola High to provide relief for families affected by the Palisades and Eaton Fires. In light of the recent fires, many families have lost important pieces of art with significant emotional or personal value. NAHS students are aware of the impact a piece of art can make on a home. Families may request free custom artworks lost during the fire for Portola High art students to recreate. Custom requests for completely new pieces are also welcome. You can also request a piece for a loved one who has lost their home on their behalf.
