Welcome to Project Ladybug's GREAT LADYBUG SALE! Please place your DETAILS & ORDERS in this Google Form All the proceeds earned from the sales will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation to help support patients with Breast Cancer. We hope that you will support our cause! We will contact you through WhatsApp or Gmail if there are any further verifications or details on how you would receive your Orders. [If you are a student from MI, you would receive your Orders in School] [If you are not from MI, we will contact you for further details on how you will receive your purchase] After submitting this Google Form. We will Gmail you your finalized cost of payment & items purchased. It would include a QR code that you would need to scan to submit your Payment, before we proceed to package the items you have purchased. p.s. Welcome to Project Ladybug's first initiative!! ‘Together we Conquer’ is our Online Muay Thai initiative. This first sign-up is for the first segment which will be happening from 31 July 2021 to 28 August 2021. It will be held every Saturday evening for 5 weeks. This program is held to encourage healthy lifestyles, as one of the few ways to reduce the risks of developing breast cancer is by staying active and exercising regularly. We will contact you through Whatsapp for further verification and the confirmed timings before we email you your finalized cost for payment and the online link for the sessions closer to the dates.
