Reserve The Costco Building Form
This form is for requesting to reserve the Provo YSA 18th Stake Center, 710 S 800 E, Orem, UT. There are two buildings on this corner which share parking and fields. Ours is the northeast building, and we can reserve the following for activities: 1) rooms in our northeast building, 2) the east pavilion, 3) the east volleyball court, 4) the north field, and, under some circumstances, 5) portions of the parking lots. WE DO NOT have control over reserving the southwest building, 735 E 800 S Orem, which is the stake center for the Provo YSA 11th Stake. Also, we cannot reserve the west pavilion or west volleyball court. Please contact their Building Coordinator to reserve those spaces.
