Soles For Jesus Sign Up
Soles For Jesus Sign Up
Soles for Jesus collects new and gently used shoes to send to Africa. Many schools require children to wear shoes in order to attend, and there’s a great need among adults as well. We’re so excited to tell you about an opportunity to serve at the Soles for Jesus warehouse on Saturday, September 14th from 9 to 11 AM. Please be on time and sign up by Sunday, July 7th to let the Soles for Jesus staff leaders know how many volunteers they will be having. The warehouse is located on 91st and Brown Deer Road in Milwaukee (8835 W Heather Ave, Milwaukee).

Ladies, we have an awesome opportunity coming up for you. Susan Bruk will be leading a 9 week Bible study in the book of Joshua with teaching by Pastor Louie Giglio. This study will start on Saturday morning, September 21st from 9:00-10:30 am in the sanctuary at RISE. This study shows us that our story today isn’t too far removed from Joshua and the Israelites; we need the same strength, courage, and faith to face the challenges in our lives. Join the women of RISE and learn what it means to follow God faithfully, no matter what obstacles you are facing. Men's Bible Study - Forgotten God
Join the Men of RISE for a new Bible Study starting on Saturday, September 21st at RISE! They will be going through Francis Chan and Danae Yankoski's book and video study titled Forgotten God: Reversing Our Tragic Neglect of the Holy Spirit. They will meet every Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 AM for 8 weeks with some variability based on the church calendar. The cost of the book is $20.
