Ensure you complete the entire form, as incomplete submissions will result in disqualification from vendor selection. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once approved by our organizing team, you will receive an email confirmation. The application deadline is March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST, or earlier if all slots are filled. The WCE reserves the right to reject any applications that do not meet our criteria or align with the event theme. There are no vendor fees, and vendors keep all proceeds from their own merchandise revenue. Ticket sales proceeds benefit The Womenâs Coalition for Empowerment, Inc. We kindly ask that you follow the venue's guidelines, promote the event, and complete our post-event survey. Eligibility - Must be a registered business with the required insurance(s), permits, clearances, & certifications in order to participate, no exceptions.
