Nikhil holds a graduate degree in Physics from Hindu College, Delhi University and an MBA from Delhi School of Economics. He has over 20 years of experience in the Automobile Sector, Manufacturing Sector, Consumer Durables Sector, Telecom Sector, Insurance Sector and Training & Consultancy during which he received numerous awards for Excellence in Designing 'Learning & Development Strategies'. Currently, he is the Dean, India Centre for Global Excellence at NDIM and CEO at International Skills Centre India. He works very closely with the Japanese and Indian Government to send skilled manpower from India to Japan. Lastly, he is also the founder of ThinkHRIndia. The Leadership Masterclass hosted by Nikhil, is a product of a dream that aims at providing the highest quality of guidance and counselling to the future leaders of India. This series will see some of the brightest minds in India sharing their experiences from their professional and personal life.
